Services

Each pregnancy and birth is unique and everyone has different needs. I offer a variety of options for prenatal / antenatal, birth doula, and postnatal support. If you would like a more bespoke offering please do get in touch and tell me more about what you have in mind.  I offer a complimentary initial session available to everyone to determine if we would be a good fit for one another. This can be done virtually or in-person (COVID-19 permitting).

Offering worldwide virtual and in-person birth planning and preparation. This can include conversations around fears, trauma, nutrition, topics related to pregnancy, labor, comfort measures, birthing positions, breastfeeding and chestfeeding, fourth trimester and more. A great option for those who want to better understand their options and receive personalized resources and support.

Continuous care for birthing people and their partners during labor and birth. Incorporates labor coaching, physical comfort, emotional reassurance,  and advocacy.  Offered virtually and in-person.

After birth care and support for birthing people and families. This service is typically provided in the first few weeks after birth. It provides time for post-birth care and may include emotional reassurance, instruction in soothing techniques and newborn care, breastfeeding and chestfeeding tips, practical support such as meal preparation or laundry, or baby care for that elusive shower or bath. Typically offered in-person, however, I am offering virtual slots on a limited basis due to COVID-19 concerns.

To learn more about any of these services, please get in touch and tell me what you have in mind and what would be most helpful for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
